Reset to Reinvent™
What used to work isn't working anymore.
You can still do the work.
Make the decisions. Handle the pressure. Take care of what needs taking care of.
But lately, it takes more out of you.
Your focus disappears sooner.
Decisions that used to feel straightforward take more effort.
Your patience has a shorter runway.
By the end of the day, there's not much of you left for anything else.
And maybe that's the unsettling part — you remember being different.
You know what you're capable of.
What happened to that capacity?
Reset to Reinvent™ is a six-month live training experience for developing the skills to recover, think clearly, respond well, and choose differently under the demands of real life.
So before you decide what needs to change out there, you can get more of yourself back in here.
Founding Membership: $497 for your first six-month cycle
Available to our first 50 founding members. Regular rate: $997.
Maybe you don't need to try harder.
Trying harder may be one of the reasons you've gotten as far as you have.
You know how to push through.
Solve the problem.
Carry the responsibility.
Stay a little later.
Think a little harder.
Find another gear.
And for a long time, those strategies worked.
Until they start asking more from a system that's already running low.
You're still functioning.
But functioning costs more.
You need more time to recover from things that barely registered before.
An interruption can derail half an hour.
Your mind keeps running drills for the thing you've moved on from, leaving little left for the next thing.
You second-guess decisions you would once have made clearly.
You get through what needs to get done, relying more on momentum than clarity.
So you do what capable people tend to do.
You apply more effort.
But effort can't always solve what effort helped create.
Sometimes the answer isn't another gear.
It's learning how to shift gears altogether.
You may already be doing the things that are supposed to help.
Maybe you've tried sleeping more.
Exercising.
Taking time off.
Meditating.
Changing your routine.
Some of it may help.
But does that relief hold when life gets demanding again?
That's part of what makes this so confusing.
You're doing reasonable things.
Why don't you feel more like yourself?
The world really is asking more of you.
This isn't a story about everything being "in your head."
Work has changed.
Your computer can hold twenty open tabs.
This does not mean you can.
Technology keeps accelerating.
Roles blur.
Expectations multiply.
Someone can reach you almost anywhere, at almost any time, about almost anything.
And outside of work, there is still a life to live.
Your biology is meeting all of it.
Every deadline. Every uncertainty. Every person who needs something from you.
Every thought about what hasn't been done yet.
The goal of Reset to Reinvent isn't to create a perfectly calm life where nothing gets under your skin.
Good luck with that.
The work is learning to meet the life you actually have with a system trained to recover, adapt, and respond with greater choice.
Because you don't control everything asking something from you.
But you can train how you meet it.
Before you make your next big decision, change the conditions you’re making it from.
Maybe you need another job.
Maybe you don't.
Maybe it's time to build the business.
Or change how you're running the one you already have.
Maybe something in a relationship needs to shift.
Maybe you're ready for a completely different chapter.
Maybe you don't want to reinvent anything right now.
You just want your Tuesday evening back.
You don't have to know yet.
Because one of the worst times to make a consequential decision about your future is when you can barely hear yourself think in the present.
Reset to Reinvent™ isn't here to tell you what your next chapter should be.
It trains the skills that help you meet that question from somewhere steadier.
With more room to think.
More ability to stay with the question before rushing to answer it.
More awareness of the thinking and feeling loops that run automatically.
More fluency in what your own body is communicating.
More choice in how you respond.
Get more of yourself back first.
Then decide what comes next.
This is Reset to Reinvent™
A six-month live training experience built around four disciplines that work together
Reset. Rewire. Rehearse. Recognize.
You'll train your nervous system, your thinking, your responses, and your ability to recognize and interpret your own internal signals.
Not as four separate classes.
As one system.
Because when life happens, you meet it with all of you.
When the pressure is on, your thoughts affect your body.
Your body influences what you notice and how you interpret what's happening.
That shapes how you respond, what you choose, and what you do next.
And over time, those responses can become patterns.
Reset to Reinvent™ is a training ground for working with the whole of you.
What does that change in real life?
The aim isn't to make you calm all the time.
It is to help you access more of your clarity, steadiness, and choice when life is asking more of you.
In practice, that can look like:
Noticing the temperature rising before you pop off.
Catching the thought that's been running you, the one you've repeated a thousand times.
Recovering after a hard conversation instead of carrying it for the rest of the day.
Being curious about a signal from your body instead of minimizing or overriding it.
Rehearsing how you want to meet a difficult moment before you're standing inside it.
Making a decision from trust in your own thinking.
Sometimes it looks like this:
Someone asks you a simple question at the end of the day, and it feels like a simple question.
When the pressure is on.
When the decision matters.
When someone needs something from you.
When things don't go according to plan.
That's where this work matters.
Four Labs. One system.
Every month, we move through the four disciplines of Reset to Reinvent.
Each week training a different dimension of the system your life runs on.
Bringing greater order to your whole life.

Reset:
Regulation Lab
Train your ability to recover stability and create space within you and around you under pressure.
Stress itself isn't the enemy.
The real questions are:
How do you shift out of the stress response to meet demand when it arrives?
How long do you stay activated?
Do you know how to help your system recover?
Regulation Lab teaches you the skills to reset your system when it's been activated.
You'll learn how to lower the internal volume to where you can hear yourself think, rather than pushing past what your body is communicating.
And over time, you'll recognize steadiness clearly enough in your own body that finding it again becomes reliable instead of being a matter of luck.
The goal isn't to become excellent at regulating yourself in the middle of a noisy room.
The goal is to have greater access to yourself in the middle of your actual life.

Rewire:
Reframe Lab
Build the metacognitive skill to observe your thinking instead of being run by it.
You can think about a problem for hours without ever creating a new thought.
Most of us know this intimately.
Same problem.
Different shower.
Reframe Lab trains your ability to notice the thoughts, interpretations, feelings, and behaviors that have become automatic.
You practice stepping back from them.
Getting curious.
Seeing the thinking you've been inside of and deciding if it's what you want to keep thinking.
Because when you can observe a thought, something important opens up:
Space.
And inside that space, you begin to see possibility.
The goal isn't to think less. The goal is to choose which thoughts you wire.

Rehearse:
Future Self Rehearsal™ Lab
Practice how you want to meet the future before it arrives.
We rehearse all the time.
The conversation that went badly.
The meeting we’re dreading.
The thing we should have said.
Tomorrow’s problem before tomorrow arrives.
Future Self Rehearsal™ becomes a conscious practice.
Using thought, feeling, breath, movement, sound, and imagination, you’ll come into rapport with the version of you you want more access to.
Not a fantasy version.
You.
With more range.
More versatility.
More choice.
Through play, exploration, and iteration, you begin to discover how clarity, confidence, steadiness, courage—or whatever you’re cultivating—feels in your body.
So when the real moment arrives, you’re more at home in the new territory.

Recognize:
Signal Fluency™ Lab
Learn to notice your body’s signals and become more skillful at interpreting what they may be communicating.
Your body is constantly giving you information.
A tightening.
A pull.
A hesitation.
Energy.
Fatigue.
Ease.
Resistance.
But a signal and the story we immediately attach to that signal are not necessarily the same thing.
Signal Fluency™ trains your ability to notice what you’re experiencing, become more aware of the influences shaping your interpretation, and develop a more nuanced relationship with your Felt Sense: the sensations, feelings, and impulses that can inform your next move.
Because self-trust isn’t blindly following every feeling.
It develops through discerning what you're feeling.
You probably don’t need more information.
This is a training room, not a content library.
This is not passive self-development. This is applied nervous-system-first training.
You can learn about stress online.
You can ask AI how your thinking shapes your experience.
You can listen to a podcast about mindset.
You can read a book about changing habits.
You can watch someone teach nervous-system regulation while you’re making dinner.
There is an extraordinary amount of information available to us now.
Some of it may be genuinely useful.
If information alone is what you need, use it.
Reset to Reinvent exists for the gap between knowing and doing.
The moment you know you should slow down but can’t.
The moment you know you’re overthinking and keep thinking anyway.
The moment you understand what regulation is but can’t find your way back to yourself.
The moment the difficult conversation starts and all those beautiful ideas disappear.
Knowing what regulation means isn’t the same as being able to work with yourself when you can barely catch your breath.
Understanding that a thought isn’t a fact isn’t the same as catching one while it’s running you.
You may experience embodiment in your favorite yoga class, but it isn’t the same as developing a relationship with what you actually feel.
You wouldn’t expect to become physically stronger because you understood how a squat works.
Some things have to be practiced.
Reset to Reinvent is practice.
Live experience.
Repetition.
Coaching.
Feedback.
Experimentation.
Integration.
Again and again, until these aren’t just ideas you understand.
Until more of you is available without so much effort.
More agency. More self-trust.
More confidence in how you meet the moment, even when you’re up against it.
That’s what you’re paying for.
Not more information to consume.
A place to train.
And your life is part of the Lab.
We built Reset to Reinvent for people whose lives are already full.
The last thing an overloaded person needs is a giant curriculum waiting patiently to become another source of guilt.
So the work doesn’t depend on hours of homework.
Practice can happen while you’re already living.
Out to dinner with your partner.
Hanging out with your kids.
On your morning walk.
During your regular workout.
In dance class.
At your desk.
Giving a presentation.
Leading a Zoom call.
Before the conversation.
After the meeting.
In the thirty seconds between noticing what’s happening and deciding what you want to do next.
The Lab gives you the practice environment.
Your life gives you somewhere to test it.
And when life shows you the gap between what you know and what you can access, coaching and check-ins give you a place to work through what’s in the way.
Here’s how the six months work
Every Wednesday, you’re invited to a 60-minute Live Lab on Zoom.
We move through the same four-part rhythm each month:
Week 1 — Regulation
Week 2 — Reframe
Week 3 — Future Self Rehearsal™
Week 4 — Signal Fluency™
Then we keep going.
The repetition is intentional.
You’re not racing through Labs and checking them off as you go.
You’re tending the practices each week with more nuance and experience, building a stronger foundation for what comes next.
The point isn’t to practice perfectly.
It’s to practice with intention, again and again under life’s constantly changing conditions.
A quiet morning.
A difficult week.
A decision with consequences.
A conversation that activates an old response.
Each lab is another opportunity to notice sooner, create more space and rehearse a different response under real-life demand.
Over six months, you’ll practice across enough situations to begin accessing your clarity, steadiness, and ability to choose more reliably when circumstances change.

Guided practice across Regulation, Reframe, Future Self Rehearsal™, and Signal Fluency™, with recordings available when you cannot attend live.
SUPPORT WHEN USEFUL
Live Coaching
Weekly live hot-seat coaching for the places where knowing what to do and actually doing it aren’t quite the same thing.
Weekly Check-Ins
A standing space for questions, perspective, and support as you practice between Labs.
The Reset to Reinvent Community
Your membership lives inside our Skool community, where you can ask questions, share what you’re noticing, learn from other perspectives, and stay connected to the practice and fellow students between live sessions.
Use the community as much or as little as it supports you. It is there to help you stay connected, not become another obligation. Because sometimes you need your own insight. And sometimes someone else sees the thing you’ve been standing too close to see.
MONTHLY CHALLENGES
Simple, playful practice loops designed to keep the work moving out of the Lab and into your life.
The Practice™
Our nervous-system-first HIIT experience combining high-intensity movement with regulation, cognitive conditioning, future-self rehearsal, and signal discernment training.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to participate in everything every week?
No.
The weekly Live Lab is the core rhythm. Coaching, check-ins, challenges, The Practice™, AI training, and the community give you additional ways to get support and practice when useful.
The program is not designed to turn participation into another performance metric.
What if I can’t make every Wednesday Live Lab?
You’ll have access to the recording so you can continue with the monthly rhythm on your schedule.
How much time will this take outside the Labs?
There is no giant homework curriculum to complete.
Between-session practice is designed to integrate into your regular life and can be explored during things you already do: walking, exercising, yoga, dancing, working, having conversations, making decisions, and moving through your day.
Do I need to be physically fit?
No.
The core Labs are not fitness classes. The Practice™ is a bonus recorded class that incorporates high-intensity movement you can do at your own level, but the larger Reset to Reinvent methodology works with thought, feeling, breath, movement, awareness, sound, and tracking internal signals—practice well beyond exercise.
Is this therapy?
No. Reset to Reinvent is a training and practice experience, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
It also does not assume that every difficulty has the same cause or that changing your internal state should make an unreasonable situation acceptable.
If you’re experiencing significant or persistent changes in cognition, mood, sleep, energy, or physical functioning, those experiences can have many causes and may deserve evaluation by an appropriate healthcare professional.
Is this a mindset program?
No.
Your thinking matters, but thinking doesn’t happen separately from the body.
Reset to Reinvent works across nervous-system regulation, metacognition, embodied rehearsal, movement, and internal signal awareness because those processes interact in real life.
What if I don’t know what I want to change yet?
Good.
You don’t need to arrive with a five-year plan.
Reset to Reinvent gives you a place to practice the skills that can support how you meet decisions, pressure, uncertainty, and change.
What if I actually like my job?
Keep it.
This is not a career-transition program.
You may ultimately decide something in your work or life needs to change. You may discover that what needed to change was how you were meeting the life you already had.
What happens after six months?
At the end of six months, you can let the cycle stand as a complete experience or continue into another six-month cycle and keep deepening the practice.
Founding members retain the $497 rate for future cycles for as long as their membership continues.
You don’t have to reinvent your entire life
And you don’t need to become a different person.
Maybe the next version of your life begins somewhere much less dramatic.
With enough room to hear yourself think.
With the ability to recover instead of simply endure.
With a little more space between what happens and what you do next.
With greater fluency in your own signals.
With greater access to the person you love being.
Then you may find yourself asking a bigger question.
What do I want to do with all of this?
That’s the movement inside Reset to Reinvent.
First, reset.
Then see what becomes possible.

About the Founder

Biology of Being® was founded by Gina Carlson Hays. Gina's work began in the 1990s, long before nervous-system regulation entered mainstream conversations. It developed through years of hands-on exploration at the intersection of mind, body, breath, movement, and high-stakes performance.
Gina's approach emerged during years of searching for language, internal steadiness, theory, and support that could meet the lived experience of anxiety and self-doubt under pressure. Unable to find practitioners or frameworks working directly with nervous-system regulation in real time, she began developing what was missing — body-grounded methods that could reorganize all internal systems, creating safety, clarity, and confidence when it mattered most.
That work slowly became the four disciplines inside Reset to Reinvent™ — Regulation, Reframe, Future Self Rehearsal™, and Signal Fluency™. Each one grew out of what she needed to figure out for herself, one practice at a time.
